Erin’s practice covers a comprehensive range of immigration services:

Preparing temporary and permanent visa applications for multinational, listed and private corporate clients with off-shore employment needs, as well as highly placed individuals;
Providing immigration, visa, employment and training advice to corporate clients via HR;
Liaising with HR personnel, management, and the Department of Immigration;
Devising marketing strategies to attract broader client base.

Erin has a detailed knowledge of the appeal processes for Australia’s Administrative Review, Migration Review and Refugee Review Tribunals.

Major projects

Erin first began working as an immigration adviser in 1996 while studying for her law degree. She was registered as a migration agent in 1996 and started her career advising and assisting refugees. From there she moved on to skilled, family and business applicants while working for Macpherson + Kelley Lawyers.

Erin's experience was broadened when she joined the migration team at Price Waterhouse Coopers in Melbourne (later to be taken over by the US law firm, Fragomen) when she worked almost exclusively for medium to large multi-national corporations. In this role Erin assisted her clients to manage the visa status of their overseas employees.

Now, as a skilled and experienced immigration adviser, Erin's ability to provide immigration solutions for her clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, is much valued by our firm.
