Skilled Migration

Company sponsorship
The employer that has been employing you part time during term or full time in holidays has realised your worth and wishes you to remain. It might be possible for the company to sponsor you for a temporary residence visa and maybe in due course, for permanent residence.

Visa Cancellations
Student Visas can be cancelled under a number of powers under the Migration Act – section 137J and section 116 for example. We can advise and represent you in liaison with DIAC and the Migration Review Tribunal. There are very tight time limits.

Business Skilled Migration
You may have family members, such as your parents, who may wish to migrate to Australia . We are very experienced in presenting applications for business skilled migration. If you are still aged under 25 and in full time studies in your 1 st course, then you are likely to be able to be included as a member of the family unit in this application. If you are holding a student visa, you do not leave to depart Australia when the visa is granted.

Spouse Migration
